All i can say is i'm glad i didnt watch amivtyville at night omg .. well i'm bored till 11 so i decide hey ... lets watch amivtyville horror now .. so i do and its all fine and looks like a mystery whodoneit thriller .. big mistake ... its a horror flick ... ahhhhhhhh i hate horror flicks .. im so easily freaked and creeped out ... well i spent 6.90 on it .. might as well watch the whole thing right ? no im not-.-
Now i've got the distinct fear of little girls with a bullet hole in their head .. luckily you dont see too many of those around do you ? heheh .. or you'll see me freaked out in the streets everyday...
Well as a movie i should say this is a very good movie ( if you care for the genre ) personally i hate them but lets be fair .. so anyway most horror flicks i find overindulge in grossly white faces with bloody spots somewhere .. well it can be scary BUT most of the time it turns out funny .. and i guess i dont know much but ive only watched a couple of horror flicks in my life ..
A classic example was Ouija Board .which was a dumb flick anyway.. I went with some chs people and we , well (they) laughed their asses off .. i did laugh a little lol but i'm on the squeamish side so i laugh only after the movie lol ..but instead of giving that chill factor i'd expect it relied on overloud unexpected sounds and shock factor so i just spend most of the time err how do i put it .. well err i want to use the word jerk but some people might interpret it wrongly so lets just say .. well shocked and jumpy ? nah nvm .. you get my point its more of shock than chill .. the only thing after the movie that REALLY got us freaked out was in the movie there was this toilet bowl with a black plasticbag covering it we went to the toilet after the movie there was a urinal wrapped in the SAME WAY as in the movie .. now i know its regular procedure since its probably spoilt but WTF damn thats freaky hahaha i rmb we took one look and left quickly lol .. man ..
Oops back to amityville. Anyway i guess its one of the creepiest horror flicks i've watched ( i had to turn down the volume most of the time of avoid jumping out of my seat and stopping the movie .. lol shhhh dont tell anyone XP)
Good direction i guess and kept myself in suspense and wanting to know more even though many a time i was tempted to just fast forward to the last bit and see the ending .. lucky i didnt DAMN IT WAS SCARY ...

SO anyway they leave in the boat all happy yay ..... camera pans back to house oh my god i knew something was wrong before i could stop it ..
BOOM big shot of little girl in pyjamas with teddy bear and bullethole in head .. not scary enough ? she starts SMILING AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh .... nothing scaryer than a smily ghost ....
not the end ? noooo
hands come out of the floor GRAB HER and pull her down through the floor . Bear left on floor ... OH MY GOD
now im scared of little white bullethole-in-head girls and black teddy bears ... lucky they didnt use the usual or i'll be screaming everywhere ... given the season and all and how they're everywhere ... oh god never again .. lucky i watched it in the morning ... omg how am i gonna sleep now .... well lets leave it at that .. man i'm seriously disturbed .. the worst part is its based on a true story =/ even without the beefed up scary ghosts ... shit thats scary enough ... i wish i hadnt watched it i wish i hadnt watched it ... why did i watch it ...
oh yes . .who wants a copy of the amityville horror for free ?
